Draco Credit Consultants, Inc. (“Draco”) is committed to lawful, fair, and transparent collection of your data. Draco will specifically collect the following Personal Data and other non-identifiable information:

    • Registration Information: When you register to use our Services, we collect Personal Data as necessary to offer and fulfill the Services you request. Depending on the Services you choose, we may require you to provide us with your name, address, email address, telephone number, email address, social security number, date of birth, billing address, driver’s license and/or other government-issued identification. We store credit card information and save your credit card information to facilitate scheduled and future payment purposes for your convenience.

    • Information We Collect From Other Sources: We also collect information about you from third parties relating to your financial profile, including collection accounts, judgments, and other similar information, in addition to any publicly available information.

     

    • Information Draco does not collect: Draco does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13 (“Children”) and use of our Services by Children is strictly prohibited. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through this Website. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their Children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their Children never to provide Personal Data on this Website without their permission. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from Children without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to Draco via this Website, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

Draco only collects information if you voluntarily provide it to us. It is always your choice whether or not to provide personal data. Do not provide personal data unless you are authorized to do so.

This policy does not apply to third-party sites that may link to, or be accessible from, our site. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. How does Draco secure Personal Data?

Although no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure and error free, the Company takes great care to protect Personal Data collected via this Website from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in both transit and at rest. Access to user data is limited (via username/password authentication and 2-factor verification, among other safeguards) only to those employees who require it to perform their job functions. Connections to this Website are secured with an Extended Validation (EV) SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption, and our data centers, located in the United States, boast enterprise-level security with top-level industry certifications and fault-tolerant, distributed systems. Other security safeguards include, but are not limited to, encrypted vault storage for sensitive data, strict hardware firewalls, and limited physical access to buildings, servers, and files.

Your credit card information is sent directly to our secure, encrypted data vault, which generates a random, cryptographically secure token that is used by our payment application to submit payments on your card. Once information is deposited into the vault, it cannot be directly retrieved by our payment application or any third parties.

We do our best to secure your data, and we ask that you take reasonable precautions as well. Ensure your personal computing device has up-to-date security and anti-virus software, and please consider carefully what information you choose to send anyone via the Internet and log of your account when you are finished using the Services and do not share your password with anyone. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the website.

How long do we hold Personal Data?

We will keep your Personal Data for as long as it remains necessary for the performance of our Services and/or operation of our Website or as required by law, which may extend beyond the termination of our relationship with you. What are California Privacy Rights?

The Company does not knowingly “sell” personal information that we collect from you, in accordance with the definition of “sell” in the CCPA. There is not yet a consensus as to whether third party cookies and tracking devices associated with our websites and mobile apps may constitute a “sale” of your personal information as defined by the CCPA.
